JVC Marshmallow Earphones for $9.99 Shipped

Anyone know if they are any good? I've been looking for some nice in-eat phones.

My roommate had these and they are not good. Spend an extra $10-$15 and get some better earphones from a company other than JVC.

These are the best IMO for the money. Search for the name "V-Moda" on your favorite search engine and you will find a good price. I have had good luck with the Sony's too.

I got the v-moda for xmas and they're pretty good considering I never even heard of that brand...

Really, really good bass...something I hadn't come across in my previous earphones (and I've owned many)...

They won't be 9.99 though..

:yo:

I have been needing new earbuds as I cracked the ones I had.
Went out and got these at CC last night on my way to the gym.
I had to tell them about the online price but they had no issues changing it.
They worked great

I spent 45 min playing volleyball and then 30 min doing weights and rowing and they worked perfect.
The marshmellow piece fit in my ear perfectly and the sound was great.
It even tuned out the annoying blond chatting on the cell phone while 'working out' next to me.
So far Im very glad I got them
will be putting them through their paces again tonight.

quality is suspect

Ordered them online last Friday, picked up at CC about 15 miles from my house, (out of stock online). Plugged into Ipod, DOA. While trying to determine problem, cord fell apart (parted) in my hands. Now have to make another 30 mile round trip. Some bargain!

so glad i got em

well
they've made it through another 45 min volleyball session and 35 min of weight lifting
plus last night I mowed the lawn for 2 hrs - push lawn mower, not riding, and they were perfect.
Usually I have to wear the head phones plus the protective ear coverings.
The mushy part of the headphone cut out around 90% of the noise from the mower and the music came through crystal clear.

Rick, seems like either you got "lucky" or I got lucky.
If I were you having to drive that distance would P me O.

I had purchased these at Fry's, their regular price is 9.99 and they caryy about 4 different colors. Anyways I took these back because they hurt my ears.

I wear headphones at work, so I tend to wear them for an extended time period. If you are going to wear them for a short time then they may be ok but for wearing them for over 5 hrs, they start hurting your ears.

I agree that Sony is good. I have a pair and i really like them.
