THe $50 rebate is for a XF-9B but the $30 rebate is for a XF-9bi. The order disc. is for a XF-9B.. I hope they are the same...

Double check to make sure the monitor was added to your cart, there is only free shipping on orders over $50. If you ordered more than just the monitor, maybe the monitor was not in stock and did not get added to your cart and you did not notice it. :confused:
 
I get the same shipping charge. And I am sure that the monitor is added to my cart.
 
It is now showing as a Pick-up item only, not available for shipment. Maybe thats why. :confused:
 
I was able to get in on this, it was available to pick up at my local store.

I called right after placing my order, they said that since I was in a rural area there would normally be a shipping charge, but they removed the shipping charsge for this order. I ordered another unit, and again they took off shipping charges after I called them. I ordered a third unit, this time they wouldn't drop the shipping charges.
 
I tried to get another one of these, bypassing the shipping charges by picking it up at a 'local' store (200 miles away). But now it says that the $20 coupon code is not valid for a purchase of computer equipment. It went through without a problem on the other 2 I ordered.
 
This is normal for OD coupons. Some coupons can be used w/ electronics, but after a while they change them so they can only be use on non-electronic items. Lately a lot of there coupoons will not work at all w/ electronics.

Add a box of staples for .88$ and use the $20.00 coupon.

I purchased this monitor, it was delivered in 3 days and boy is it nice for basic home computing. Comes with a 3 year warrentee, which means if I have to spend 78$ every 3 years, oh well. Anyway, Both rebates are good, and to use the 20$ coupon, just add a box of staples (88cents) to the order.

I love this product, and the black and silver case is nice too.

I'm making the long trek there next week regardless, but I couldn't get that coupon to work for monitor #3.
 
has anyone receive the rebates for KDS 19"? it's been more than 3 months and still nothing.
