Kingston 512mb USB2 Drive for $0.45 Shipped After Rebate

What the heck is this "$10 off $30 with Google Checkout" option that I keep seeing on Spoofee? How come I can never see this option, and it is never explained further in the deal posts?

I belive it's an auto check out option, where all your info is automatically filled in. I could be wrong.

I got my discount for checking out with google. Like it says you my have to be logged out to see the option show up. Also the link to the rebate does not wor. Anybody know where to get it?

The Google checkout option is google's attempt to centralize your buying experience by keeping your information on record and brokering the checkout process. This way you would only have to maintain an account at one location and use it to purchase at many vendors. The $10 off is, of course, their incentive to build momentum - use it while you can!

Google checkout is offered as an alternative when you are normally prompted to log in to your account at the vendor. For instance, when you add something to your cart at Buy.com and then click checkout, it asks you to sign in using your email address. If you scroll down, you will see the option to use Google check out.

Your problem might be if you're using firefox. For me at least, the google checkout button doesn't appear in firefox.

My Firefox worked with Google Checkout but I probably have the scripts enabled. Don't forget to factor in the four bucks (2 bucks junk + 2 bucks shipping) into the $0.45. Just my $0.02 ;)

Google Checkout is great for the $10 off but I don't see myself using it after that. It takes the control of the transaction and gives it to google and not the website. For example to cancel or return and order you go through google's site.

Patch cables no good, they add shipping. Also the filler is gone.
