that's a great question. unfortunately, i'm not sure. this isn't one of the items in their weekly ad. if it was that would make the end date for this sale price more clear.

the only thing i can suggest is that if you're interested in this, consider purchasing it now, b/c you can always return it later unopened if you change your mind & decide you don't want it. returns are a fairly simple process at CC. but if you don't purchase it now & the price increases, then you'd be out of luck.

sorry i can't give you more specific info on this sale item, but i hope this helps. penpen

Question, does the thing have to be unopened or can it be opened? I would like to try it before I keep it if you know what I mean...

hi Inu_Yasha, CC's return policy mentions the following:

Digital cameras, camcorders, desktop PCs, notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners and radar detectors must be returned within 14 days of the sale date and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a box other than the factory-sealed box.

However, with that noted, someone i know bought a computer from CC that wasn't working correctly. when he returned it with the opened box to CC, they didn't charge a restocking fee.
addendum, also from CC's return policy:
There is no restocking fee for defective products returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for open box purchases.

hope this helps =)

You sure? The in-store price was cheaper last night (189.99)

Is this still good? I haven't had time to go out bc I had finals.. I want to pick this up if the sale is still going...

It looks like it, the coupon is still valid and the website shows the camera for $199.99. So it should be good to go. :claps:

$171 after coupon. no rebate involved!

Available again for $189.99. With the 10% off coupon, it's $170.99

...and for the rebate-phobic, there are no rebates required to get this deal :)
