1. Eligibility: Kodak's Pirates of the Caribbean Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Eastman Kodak Company (the "Sponsor") ePrize, LLC, The Walt Disney Company, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and judge's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") and an instant win game (the "Instant Win Game").

2. Sponsor: Eastman Kodak Company, 343 State St., Rochester, NY 14650. Administrator: ePrize, LLC, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069.

3. Timing: The Promotion begins on June 1, 2006 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2006 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter:

a. Find Doubloons. It is required that you install Macromedia Flash on your computer (if you do not already have it) when prompted. Installation is free. During the Promotion Period, go to www.kodakpirates.com and follow the instructions to explore the ship to find five (5) virtual gold doubloons. When you click on a glowing object a "pop up" will appear that provides product or service information along with a random number of doubloons. Click "next" in the pop-up to ‘collect' the doubloons, which will be to your ‘purse' as indicated at the bottom of the screen.

b. "Spend" Doubloons. The Doubloons you collect have no monetary value. Once you have collected at least five (5) doubloons, click on the "Daily Instant Win" link to unlock the Instant Win Game. Five (5) doubloons automatically will be deducted from your ‘purse' and you will advance to an online registration form. Complete and submit the form. After you register for the Promotion you may return on subsequent days to play without finding doubloons. Upon submitting the completed form, you automatically will be entered with one entry into the Sweepstakes and will advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, click on all three treasure chests (one at a time) and if a skull pops out of each one, you will be considered a winner. A scenario where three skulls are not presented will be considered a losing scenario. Entrants will be notified immediately by email if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game and will be provided directions for validation. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Limit: Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes one time per day during the Promotion Period and play the Instant Win Game one time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's plays/entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select ten potential Sweepstakes winners, from all eligible entries on or around August 1, 2006. Instant Win Game: One thousand six (1006) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
