Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ("Midnight") Central Time (CT) on August 23, 2006 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 4, 2006.
Only open and offered to legal residents of 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada (Void in Quebec) who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
Prizes/Odds: Grand Prize (13): A two (2) year lease on a 2007 Town & Country Chrysler Mini-Van. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the 2-year lease not to exceed $7,000. Other terms of the lease, including but not limited to mileage limits and condition of car upon return, apply and other costs associated with the vehicle, including, but not limited to, sales tax, insurance, any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner must accept delivery of the vehicle at a specified time and location and is required to present a valid driver's license and proof of insurability prior to accepting the vehicle.
First Prize (13): A one (1) year home cleaning service from Molly Maid. ARV $1,500.
Second Prize (13): A custom built La-Z-Boy recliner. ARV $1,500. Expenses not stated herein (including but not limited to sales and other taxes, shipping, duties, or other costs associated with prize) are solely the responsibility of the winner. The difference between any stated value of any prize and the actual value of any prize will not be awarded. If winner cannot accept a prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of all prizes is $130,000.
