what are you looking at using it for?? Gaming, dvds, internet there are alot of factors you left out.
 
Im looking for like a cel 2.3 something cheap but effective i guess ,any leads?

replacement

I actually need it as a desktop replacement. would be using it as a dektop pc.
so i need everythign in it.

however the budget is $1000 Maximum including tax and shipping.
