Pretty big rebate. Good deal if the rebate comes through. Terrible if not. I am wary.
 
On rebate form it says: "Qualifying retailer: Pro Photo Dealers". I don't know if Adorama.com is one of them, and Lexar may, at their own discretion, decide that it is not.

Rebate may totally tank. Use at your won risk.

Here is Lexar's list of qualified photo dealers. Adorama is on it. Should work fine.

There seems to be a shipping charge. $5 to Florida
 
I just ordered one and received an email saying it's on backorder from the manufacturer, so I'm not sure if I'll get it in time for the rebate.
 
You have a month to get the rebate mailed in. I bought one of these a few months ago from Adormama and paid a lot more then this one cost and mine was put on backorder too but I still received it in plenty of time to get the rebate mailed in. I received the rebate with no problem. I would order another one of these but I already have an 8 and 2 4GB cards so I just can't justify it. Sure is tempting though.

The 80$ Rebate was for the 8GB 133X card
Which BTW is no longer available.

The 40$ Rebate is for the 8GB 300X card
