If you have a credit card, paid by check for an
online or phone purchase, got cash at a
casino, or had a bounced/returned check, you
could get benefits from a data theft settlement

Thanks for the post, kwilbanks! :bigok: I didn't want to give my info online, but I called them and they were able to look me up using my name, city & state. :)

K folks, I researched a bit more about this company. So far, everything seems legit. If you have any questions, do as Joyce did and give them a call.

By the way, I did submit my information and I would NOT have done it if I weren't comfortable.

Sounds Legit

I recall getting a letter (snail-mail) last year on this issue. I received a postcard a couple weeks ago as well. I went to their website today and it looks legit.

Does anyone know if you have to have those numbers.? I closed all my accounts after unknow parties accessed my accounts and put me thousands in debt. Can they just look me up by my name? Because I think this might be the reason I can't do anything financal anywhere. Thanks.
