Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX for $32.99 Shipped After Rebate

Anyone has this one and can comment if it's any good? I don't trust too much the Amazon reviewers. Now, the spoofers are another story! ;)
 
I bought the Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000, which is the better one than this, 2 months back. It did alright in low light but you have to adjust it to avoid over brightening on the face. The face literally turns completely white. In bright light it was blurry, the image was not sharp at all. The color was distorted, the face looks unreal. I did not like that webcam, it did worse than the old labtec pro camera. The labtec camera was cheap too a few years back only $15 and it did even as good as the webcam today!
