Good webcam. It's a lot better than my old Quickcam Pro 4000. Last I checked a month or two ago, it seems like it would range in price from $75-89, so this is a good deal. Maybe they have something new coming out, because of the new year, though.

The other thing you could do to get this deal is to wait for it to go on sale at staples for $75, currently $100) and then use a $25 off $75 coupon (~$3 on ebay) to get this price. Good webcam though, I would recommend.
