These were even nicer when buy.com had them for like $18 AR, but anyway, having them I'll say they sound excellent for budget speakers. Actually they sound quite good period, and if you do have a wood (ie laminate) finished desk they go quite nice with it. I'd give 'em two thumbs up ...
 
Yeah, I jumped on this a couple of weeks back when Spoofee had it through buy.com - it was a steal for 20 bucks, but $30 is not bad for it either. Still waiting for that rebate to come in though...
 
i'd pay 6-7 dollars more and go with the logitechs that were up for grabs last week. got mine last week and they're top notch
 
I have these speakers as well and have been very happy with them. You can't go wrong at this price.
 
Yes..they're good speakers but they were better at buy.com for $18 last year. Now they show up for $29.95...man..Spoofee..come on..you're loseing it.
 
They were even less at buy.com. I got mine for around $6 shipped, and the rebate came back pretty quickly. I use them with my TV for football games, DVDs, and such and they make a great poor man's home theater.
