Longs Drugs Duracell Rebate

Longs Drugs (in my area) is currently having a sale on Duracell batteries
AA 4-pack, AAA 4-pack, C 2-pack, and D 2-pack are all $2 each. They also have a promotion this month (offer# 97 on page 18 of their rebate catalog - see attachment) - receive $5 for every two (2) Duracell, Gillette, Oral B, or Braun items (limit four $5 rebates, total $20)

I called the Longs CS dept @ 1-888-476-7815 and the CSR told me this applies to ANY product of these brands, except trial sizes. He assured me the Duracell battery packs would qualify, even the ones on sale for $2.

That means you could purchase 8 packs of batteries & make $4.

just wanted to let people who participated in this february longs rebate offer know that the rebate came through!

basically, longs paid people $4 to buy 8 packs of duracell batteries. unbelievable, but true.

hope there were other Spoofee members who were able to participate in this rebate deal. =)

ah, i guess there are no longs drugs in PA.

with the exception of this particular rebate offer, most of their rebate deals are so-so. the rebate checks usually take a longer time to be sent than walgreens or riteaid.

basically, you're not missing out on much.
