Looking for a appointment scheduling software.

I am looking for a free or really cheap software that can schedule automatic appointments for clients. For example; a lawn service company has weekly and/or bi-weekly clients. I want this software to schedule them automatically. any links or any ideas will be nice. Thank you in advance.

information on how to obtain freebies are posted in the "freebies" section. if obtaining the free item involves a rebate, then it goes in "hot deals"

So are you looking for something that will allow them to do it over the Internet? i.e. the people make their own appointment and then you get notified or is it something that they would call a secretary and then the secretary would make the appointment. Just trying to figure out what you need...

I am actually looking for one that I can go by. I wanted to remind me of when a client needs their service done. kind of like a reminder alarm. Thanks.

You could try some Palm software. You don't actually need to own a Palm to use it. To download, just choose a Palm you would like to own and get the software for it. You can also schedule recurring events, such as bi-weekly or daily events. The software is free and you can have it remind you anywhere from a few minutes to a few days in advance of the event.

Another one you can try is Calendar although the Palm software is probably more developed at this point.
