I'm hoping to be able to give my son my camera(Dimage X) and buy a new Dimage Xt. I couldn't get the Dell deal to work yesterday and now it's dead. Does anyone know of any other 'knock 'em dead' deals out there? As with everyone else, money is soooo tight, but I'd love to do this deal soon. Thanks for your help.
The Minolta Dimage series is IMHO the finest digital camera out there. Well thought out features, solid feel, nice. I can't beleive they are not the best selling camera. You have excellent taste in photography.
I just bought the Minolta 1250W PagePro laser printer and it shows the same attention to quality and detail as the Dimage. (thanks Spoofee for the deal BTW 2 $50 rebates and a $50 online coupon - got it for $50 )
I never paid any attention to Minolta products before but if these two are typical of their product line then perhaps one should consider buying some stock in the company.
Man.....you sure are lucky! I'll be happy if I can get this camera for under $340 (delivered) from a reputable dealer! I missed out on the 15% + 15% Dell deal this past weekend....tried just after the deal was officially dead.
I totally agree with the statement you made about the quality of these items. I've had the Dimage X for over a year, have never had a problem or complaint with it and have taken oodles of fabulous pics with it.
Three friends and one relative have also bought after seeing mine and its pictures.
Here's hoping I'll get lucky (and them my son will ,too!)
