Well I can imagine this thread is going to go ALL over the place! But I did a few searches and couldn't come up with anything. A while back...years in fact...I remember a trend of dieting that focused around where your weight-gain was. For example if you gained weight around your middle you needed to watch sugars. Or if you were top-heavy with a little bottom you needed to watch something else. Anyone ever hear of this or know a place to get more info on it?
