Nice, I was about to check if it was LED. I had an LED flash light I left the batts in too long and they ick'ed everywhere... Would not mind a new one.

Does anyone know what kinda and how many batts (AA, C, D?) this thing uses?
 
Was just about to post this. Not available at the store nearest me, but available at some other area stores.
 
good deal on all purpose small flashlight, for the car, power outages, fits in a pocket, something everyone should have probably, I just ordered 4, 2 for me, 2 for my parents, would be great stocking stuffers for holiday gifts too :) Thanx for the post :)

Thanks, Spoofee. I've checked these out at Lowe's before and didn't think they were worth $15 but for $2.50, I ordered 6.. Apparently a lot of other people thought the same so they're clearing them out.
 
picked mine up today, 4 of them, did not open as they are gifts, but did a price comparison on other flashlights they had there, and $2.50, great price, even if it does not hold up for that long, coming with the batteries is a bonus :) Some filler holiday shopping and gift items now officially begun, a good thing. I thought it would be small like a maglight, but it is larger, but that is just fine, it looks good in the package, should have some power using 3 batteries :)
 
Been using one at work for the last week and I prefer it over my 2AA mini-mag. But I thought the sale was over on Mon and price went back up. Glad you were able to get in on this one.
