Entry Limit:
One (1) Game play per email address per Game Day (as hereinafter defined) during the Promotion Period. If it is discovered that you attempted to play more than once per any Game Day during the Promotion Period, all of your plays will be declared null and void and any prize you might have been entitled to will not be awarded.
A "Game Day" is defined as the period from 12:00:00 AM CT on any calendar day throughout the Promotion Period until 11:59:59 PM CT on that same calendar day.
Prize Limit:
One (1) prize per person, email address and/or street address during the Promotion Period. Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and have a valid email address by February 13, 2009. Void in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law.
Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after February 15, 2009, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Turner Sports Interactive, Inc. and Mars Snackfood US, LLC (collectively, the “Sponsors”), The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. (“NASCAR”) or their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, or service agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Game or engaged in the administration or execution of this Game (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least three (3) of the twelve (12) months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories.
