:( I accidently put 1993 as my birth year and it said you had to be 18 so i went back to put in the correct year 1983 but it said "You have already tried to register using a different date of birth, or legal residence."

I cleared cookies...what else can I do?

You might can refresh your IP address, or go to a public computer

It let me do it today on the same computer....maybe I needed a reboot. Thanks anyways!
