Just got this:



We’re inviting a select number of Marie Claire Velvet Rope Club reader panelists to take part in product testing for toothpaste, mouthwash, and floss products. Participants will receive products to try, and will then be asked some quick follow-up questions in an online survey.

This opportunity is exclusively for Velvet Rope Club members, and is available only while a limited number of product samples last. Your opinions about these products could be used to market these products in the future.

If you are interested in participating in this study, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Toothpaste Study”, containing your name, address, and phone number.

Fed Ex just delivered the products: Oral B Floss Pick w/Scope sample, Crest T/P 4 oz., and Scope mouthwash 25.4 oz. No ref, but from Kristy Felix in NYC. There is a system #578123/CAFE2359 if that means anything.

Well, if you did it when I posted it, you'll probably get in--I never got an e-mail or anything. Fed Ex just showed up today.

Doubt if it's still open, creddybears, but doesn't hurt to try.

I just got this as well. Why in the world would they send a heavy bottle of mouthwash in an envelope?!? The outside of the envelope was taped and really beat up so I cut it open only to find out there is a layer of insulation in the envelope that is now all over the place. I kinda laughed when I saw there was only a single floss pick.

I had the same problem as JB but my envelope was all wet :rain: when delivered it was left between the doors sooooo I had wet insulation all over the place!

I googled what depilitory means (I had no clue) I think it means hair removal products.
 
I had a survey from MC just recently and it was all about Veet (a dipilatory). No invite for the PT, tho. Did send the e-mail, so we'll see.

Did get the invite a few min. later.

I received an email back immediately with some consent form to mail back to them however I don't have word and can't print it. Any suggestions?

Got the same thing--don't ask me. I did something, and not sure it worked. I was able to open and fill out the form. Then I got stuck on how to send it to them, but I think I did (via e-mail). And I just got the e-mail invite myself as well. You don't have to print it, btw, just fill it out and e-mail it to them. I could have sworn mine said "shampoo" in the subject line--I just changed it to dipilatory. I'm sorry I can't help you, but I think I pulled down the file menu after I filled it out and there was something there which helped me.
 
how are you supposed to make a signature and e-mail back without printing it, signing it, then scanning it or faxing it?
