My bf did this survey and it doesnt mention the $5 !?!?
 
I hope that the $5 payment goes into my account. It didn't mention anything at the end of the survey. :noidea:

Same thing here..hubby took it and no mention of the $5.00 Paypal acct..so put our paypal email just in case! Hope it comes...
 
It says that you have the "OPPORTUNITY" to get $5 - I guess the opportunity is slim. My dh even did another survey after that one. Maybe it's one of those that sends you a product and if you test it you can get the $5 (we can only hope!!!).

It did ask about shipping info so maybe?
 
Did this survey yesterday and got an email today saying Market Reader Pro has sent $5.00 to my pay pal account.
 
I just had my hubby do it and he did the 2nd one also would be great if he got products in the mail from this the 2nd survey had stuff i wanted LOL
