I don't know if this will work for everyone or not, but I just called Marlboro customer service with a problem with my Mile order and while I was there told them that I was mad that they ended the Mile program. He said while I can not do anything about that I can offer you the choice of two gifts. One was a set of stainless steel coffee mugs and the other was a wooden ashtray..

I also call them to find out the status of my order and told them that I hate to see the miles program end too. He also asked me if I would like a stainless steel mug or ashtray. Got the mug. Hopefully it will come since I just check my acct no mention of the mug on its way.
