I purchased this and there is nothing on the rebate form that states, not valid with any other promotion or coupon.

If you print the rebate form, it is alot clearer.

Just take a long time, 3 months. Print out the page that says there are 2 rebates, just in case they forget.

Staples has a 200 gig one for $59. Some people said if its not in stock in the store they substitute a 250 gig one, but others said no.
