One Grand Prize/Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): A house cleaning service (ARV: $500.00) and a gift basket from Method (ARV: $100.00). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $600.00.House cleaning service prize is for basic house cleaning services for a residence. Cleaning services must be performed on the same residence.
Winner's Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about December 15, 2006 under supervision of an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. The potential winner will be notified by mail and/or email and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) within 14 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.
