I'm pretty positive that disclaimer refers to the price match + additional 10% deal. I'm in Illinois and I've taken a few of those 60% coupons already.

Works great! Printed off a few and the barcode works at the local Michael's so it must be legit. They just scan the coupon and it automatically takes the 60% off.

I think this would be a good time to buy one of those $300+ airbrush compressors! Maybe they'll have a 75% off sometime...
 
Was going to use this but then saw it can't be used for books :-(
