A good and legit price? Yes.

Upgradable for your lifetime? No.

You are buying a static piece of software which you will only pay for once. If it is upgraded next you, you would have to buy it again if you wanted the upgrade. Make sure you read the license conditions.
 
This is legit. It's not a lifetime upgrade, but a full license for the 2021 version of Microsoft Office. The software tends to work fine for several years so unless you need to have the latest features, this is a good deal.
 
Microsoft Office has been out for decades now. I highly doubt there will be substantial new features making it worth paying for annually in perpetuity. Plus, not everyone wants their software socially connecting back to the mother ship.
