Owner of 3 of these. First one I try to use the warranty before it expires (almost a year). Microsoft wouldn't help me. The earpads show a lot of use but I only use them sitting in my office not running or anything and the armband was only with glue so its coming off. Second one I just starting using it. Its great. Third one is own by my brother its new so its ok for now.
They sound great but the Bose and Sony are better. My friend owns a Sony and a Bose so I could compare them. The dial thing its very good and able to sync with 2 devices at the same time is very useful.
I bought all 3 of them for $270 each one or a little less.
For this price I really recommend it. I will not buy again headphones from Microsoft. My money will be spend in Bose or Sony or something else.
