I am searching for the BEST deal on a FULL copy of XP pro. Thought I had seen one here for ~ 113 last week, but cannot find it again.

The best price you are going to find on XP Pro is buying OEM. If you buy OEM you have to buy some type of hardware that goes in the case. I found XP Pro OEM for $139 and you can buy one screw for .19 to satisfy the hardware req lol.
