Is this rebate almost expired?

I purchased this item on Amazon. Reading the rebate form, it says:

1. Aquire Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop on or between 8/21/2004 - 10/30/2004

Does this mean that I have to have this item in hand by then? They said 5-9 days before it gets here!

As long as the item was purchased within the time frame specified you should have no trouble. Just make sure you have everything post marked by the date specified in the terms of the rebate, Nov. 30th. :)
 
The Buy.com rebate has a different date goes until 12/04
