Monster Cable Batteries on Sale -- Circuit City

Sigh. I stick my trusty 48-pack AA Kirkland Costco brand for around $9. Don't know if the price has gone up, but I think it's around $9 now. They work great.
 
I'm with Erik. Cheaper is better and the average batterly life probably isn't worth the extra expense.
