Motorola SB6120 SURFboard eXtreme Cable Modem for $79.99 Shipped

I picked one of these up about four months ago and since then have been getting average speeds (speakeasy.net) at around 22mbs, even without an upgraded high speed plan from my comcast. My guess is Comcasts system where I'm located isn't setup to cap on Docsis 3.0 modems yet but I'm LOVING it while I have it.
 
When you got your new modem what did you do to get it setup on your account?
