Though my name is on this list - the email was "personally" addressed to 'undisclosed recipient'.

My head hurts from reading that. I think they need Old Johnny instead of Young Johnny to translate it.

It's so sad that some people still fall for this kind of thing.

Are you kidding me?! Noone in their right mind would fall for that.....And if they do, they totally deserve that. Natural selection weeds out stupidity. :argh:

This one is completely legit. I verified it myself using reverse cryptanalysis, a flux capacitor, and spell check. I am so jealous, di Griz, that you were selected.

Some people have all the luck. This is all I got but I'll share if you need their services.
BTW, when it comes to "regards" is there anything less than "best"?

So not even 2.5 hours after I post, I get a 9-1-1 call to report fraud. The person had mailed their package to Nigeria three days ago and were now thinking that maybe they had done the wrong thing. (You think? :yesnod:)

Two things:
  • Nigeria. Nigeria. Nigeria. HELLO!!!! People that are too dumb to have not heard of Nigeria or Nigerian Scams need to be forced to read every letter on this page and then write a 50-page essay why it is important to not send stuff to Nigeria.
  • 9-1-1 is NOT the number to call when there is no immediate crime in progress. We only have two lines and this person was tying up one of them.
