The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3,336.92.
First Prizes (5): Each First Prize Winner will receive one HP Pavilion Notebook model dv8000t (the "First Prize"). The ARV of the First Prize is $1,550.97.
Second Prizes (10): Each Second Prize Winner will receive one HP Pavilion Notebook Model dv1000 (the "Second Prize"). The ARV of the Second Prize is $1,146.97.
Third Prizes (15): Each Third Prize Winner will receive one HP Pavilion Notebook model ze2000z (the "Third Prize"). The ARV of the Third Prize is $1,008.99.
For All Prizes: Prizes will be provided by HP and arrangements for the fulfillment of all prizes will be made by MTVNOC approximately 6 weeks following selection and verification of the Winners . The tentative dates for the fulfillment of the Prizes will be between October 27, 2006 and December 15, 2006 and are subject to change in MTVNOC's sole discretion.
No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except by MTVNOC, due to prize unavailability at time of award or circumstances beyond MTVNOC's control in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
