Name this late 80's early 90's song

The song was relaxing, it had a flute playing (with other instruments in the background), and a female whispering French in a couple of sections. I think she says "C'est moi" but I am not sure. Anybody have any ideas as to what the song is? It is in my head and I want to purchase it.
