Basically, if you know the numbers in your UPC, you can enter them into this site, and it will create a UPC barcode for you.
You can also search their database for a code that you might need. For example, for those who are looking for the UPC for the "SOYO SY-P4I865PE Plus Dragon 2 V1.0 Motherboard" in this Spoofee.com thread, if you go to the site and search "dragon soyo", you'll see 6 results. If you enter "SY-P4I865PE", you should see a couple results. (hopefully, one of those is the correct UPC)
You can add to their database too.
