Need pricing help

Have been looking on Ebay, but can't find out what I need to know. We have a bunch of old car magazines and tech manuals from the 50's and up. Trying to find out how much to ask for them when we put them up on Ebay. Or is there another site that we should go to sell them? Any help is appreciated.

How badly do you want to get rid of them? Do you want to sell them because you dont want them or because you think theyre worth something? If youre a motivated seller, start it at $1 and be happy to get $5 more than you had before. You could also look on eBay for items similar to yours and see if theyre selling and if so, what the prices are.

Have checked on Ebay, couldn't find any like this. Had the same problem trying to sell a poster board from a movie theater. All they had was posters from it, no poster boards. Mine said in small print to return or destroy immediately after use.
My brother-in-law has the mags and justs wants to know how to price something like that. Thanks, though.
