I got screwed by this same thing as well. I was told .0019 cents per kilobyte, and got stuck with a nearly $400 bill. (Do a Google search of ".002 cents times 35893" without the quotes.) :rant:

 
this is too funny but I feel sorry for people that got screwed by verizon because their employee can't do a simple math or never graduated from middle school.

I dunno if this is the programmer's mistake when they wrote the program for verizon or it's the terminology mistake by idiot who wrote the price policy.
