Just got an email about a new virus that attacks the zero sectors of your hard drive, there is no known remedy for it. If you rcv an email saying invitation, even if it seems like it is from someone you know, don't open it. Don't open any email containing anything about Bin Laden being hanged or captured. It is also the virus. When you open it, it is supposed to open up an olympic torch that burns your hard drive up.
It was supposedly verified thru CNN. Was found by McAfee Virus software.

Hey, thanks for clearing that up for me. I worry enough about my computer crashing, I didn't need a new virus to worry about too.

The "Olympic Torch" virus? LOL

Some people have nothing better to do than spread FUD. (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt)

ALWAYS check snopes and breakthechain.org about virus scares. If you receive an email warning about a virus, 99.9% of the time it's a hoax (especially if it says it was on CNN). Spammers love these email forwards to collect email addresses. If there is a real virus out there, it's like any other type of news, you would know about it. What was that one worm that went around 2-3 years ago? Netsky or something like that. It was all over the news.
