New York - What a place!

That would NEVER happen in Manhattan. Here they tow a car within minutes of writing the ticket. That doesn't mean that a car with a dead body in it might not sit in the Tow Pound for a month but at least they wouldn't keep writing the tickets on the car.
I'm sure the city will collect the parking ticket fines from the estate. I guess an air freshener on the rear view will make the car sellable too.
What's the big deal???

It is far, far easier to write a ticket then it is to fill out all the reams of paperwork on finding a dead body....

or maybe they had a pool going on who would be able to write the last ticket before the smell was reported.

Absolutely plausible.....the agents/officers rarely get out of the car....the slip the ticket in between the seam of the front door and fender.....:noidea:

I guess he won't be pleading 'not guilty'......:suspicious:

"If you see a car has already three to four tickets and you just slabbing more, at least call 9-1-1 and say there's a car here that's not moving," Jennifer Morales said.

Will they send out someone to resuscitate a car that's not moving?
9-1-1 is for emergencies people!

Nope, the caller will probably be arrested and fined for mis-using 911..........:wink:and the car would remain there and yet be ticketed again.......

Good one K-ma :thumb:
