New Zune 2 Better Than iPod?

I was looking through what the new Microsoft Zune is offering and on paper, actually looks pretty good compared to the iPod

but we'll see once it hits the stores. The original Zune sounded interesting, but the first look in person made me scratch my head and why they had to make it so ugly.
