I cant understand this one. Especialy the legal stuff, for why would they say all they said, that one could be responsible, they dont want to be libel for anything, makes me wonder, quite scary. Coming from a legal standpoint.

Well, I guess they don't want to be sued if there is a malfunction and you miss your plane flight because the wakeup call didn't work the way it was supposed.
