This has been confirmed, even though many Marshalls do not have electronics departments, they are selling discounted Nintendo Wii systems for $199. They are not refurbs or anything. It is very YMMV with each Marshalls, some of them you go to have no idea and others have signs up on the outside and when you come in advertising. They are strangely located in the layaway section and they say they limit 1 per person. The Marshalls locations that seem to have them are in the LA area but folks in other areas of CA have found them and apparently some areas of the east coast. Not sure why every Marshalls doesn't have them, or maybe they will eventually. I also have no idea why they would be selling Wiis at below MSRP when no one can keep them on the shelf at MSRP.
I have not personally seen one at the Marshalls near me, as I have found this on another site but many did have success and someone even posted a receipt scan and a pic of the box and the signage in the store. I would recommend stopping by your local Marshalls and seeing if they have signs up about this or just going to the layaway dept to check if you still need a Wii.
