Hi, just noticed that there's a ton of religious freebies posted today & yesterday. It's like getting spammed trying to filter through them all.

In the past, there has been a separate sticky for controversial freebies (i.e. Politics) & it might be a good idea to do the same for religious items. Just my 2 cents ~thats all...Thanks for listening.:peace:

Instead of a sticky, how about a catagory/section for various topics? Religious, bath and body, foods, health, magazines, baby items, foods etc? That way people who are not interested in a broader listing could narrow it down. Seems to have worked with the social groupings? Just a thought...

too complicated, IMHO.
You can usually tell by the thread title if it's religious, or whatever it is.

One can just let their cursor "rest" over the thread, and, read what most of the thread is about as well. Or, how about this...putting a picture icon signifying the thread as belonging to a particular catagory? I don't know, that is as good as I get in one day! LOL

or we could...

Burn them (the posters of religious freebies) as witches!

Then we'll see how long it takes them to stop.

We are looking into the issue.

...of burning the posters?

...or subcatagorizing?

:rantswitch:

I just must add, hello?!?! whatever happened to toleration? If you don't like a freebie that's offered, go to the next thread. It is not mandatory for you to sign up for each of the freebies offered.

I don't want to see freebies subcatagorized. I don't see that it is needed.

I didn't think we needed to off shoot the political discussion either. If I didn't want to read a thread, I didn't read a thread. No biggie.

*off my soapbox now*

I third these sentiments. Is it really such a big deal?

Not to me it isn't! However, to people who don't want pagan/relgious books, have no need of diarrhea meds, already receive over twenty magazines a month, guys who don't wear makeup or women's perfumes, people with no children so they don't want free diapers, it may help THEM!! Me? I am a "freebie whore!" I will read all the threads just to make sure there are no cakes or pies offered on the side!:teeth:
