Best phone I've ever owned

I've owned one for about 3 months -- bought from Dell @ $220 shipped.
Pros: Great phone for calls, music and videos (after converting to MP4). Nice, large 3.2" touch screen for texting, photo viewing & everything else (except not big enough for web surfing, but e-mail is okay).
Cons: Camera is okay but image quality not as good as dedicated digital camera. GPS antenna is too unreliable to be useful. So the included navigation S/W here seems useless.

This is like an inexpensive, but less refined iPhone without the required, expensive monthly data plans.
