Since it has the same offer # I wouldn't chance it. The rebate houses go by
the offer numbers.
 
I've had experience with Norton... mostly bad. If you are using Vista especially, watch out. I'd recommend ESET's NOD32 or Kaspersky's. Yes, I know I probably spelt the second one wrong. Some people like Norton... I just don't know why. I had 2 virii on my Vista machine so I put my hard drive into my windows server 2k3 machine that has ZoneAlarms on it... and it found SIXTEEN! It was also able to treat them; unlike Norton in Vista that would only tell me about them. The web page links were useless. I haven't used Norton 2008 but if I was to do this I'd keep the USB and SELL NORTON :P
 
norton is the worst as far as being a resource hog! people beware if you are running older machines it will slow down your system even more
