Norton systemworks, and Personal firewall for free AR and upgrade

Thanks, I always wait for FAR offer to upgrade my Systemworks in my machine (well only taxes).
 
I am still fighting Norton over my last rebate. They said I didn't purchase in the required timeframe, but my e-mail confirmation shows otherwise. I hope I don't have to bring in the Attorney General again. Sheesh.
