I'm looking for a Notebook, perferably a Toshiba or Sony... with Intel Centrino Mobile Technology of atleast 1.3 ghz CPU or a P4 M technology with atleast 2.2 ghz CPU with atleast 512 MB DDRAM, 32 MB APG card and 40 gig HD @ 7200 RPMs... 15'' display and light/lightweight...
THese specs are on the high end, but I'm not in any hurry, I'm thinking I can wait til christmas for these to go cheaper and when it rolls around christmas, maybe what I want will be higher =P
But yeah I feel like a need for a notebook for myself during the course of college and mobile technology would be great...
The notebooks i've listed around averaging around $2100 so that's pretty expensive. I've looked into it, wait for the right rebates and get some hook ups, the Toshiba I was looking into... MD15-something... is $1999.99 at bestbuy but you get a $250 MIR and get someone to hook up an employee discount... that nails it down to $1245.50 AFTER tax! Nice... huh?! With all those specs... and 6.7 lbz! =P
