I tried two Washington, DC area zipcodes along with a Northwestern Pennsylvania zipcode and it wouldn't work for shipping -- I never got to the store pickup part. It's just like the other two posts before me.

I guess that it was some type of "loss leader" to bring people into the store / internet with only a limited amount on hand. We were too late.
