Got it today, as a gift for someone, I liked the price. No rebate to deal with, even better, doesn't hurt my pocket/$$ as much.

USB 1.1, no software, no usb cable, no key ring, no manual, unless the Office Max where I bought it from jipped me.

My lesson for today: MicroAdvantage rocks!! I got two of their drives so far (32MB and 64MB), and both had all of the above.
