I discovered that none of this model existed in stock at any OfficeMax stores in the Chicago area when I called the one near me. BUT I could special order it for the same price and best of all it would be delivered to my house at no additional charge. The only problem is that the manager I spoke with could not give me any idea of when it would be in stock at the warehouse from which it is shipped from far out in the suburbs. He said he checks a few time weekly to see how his back orders are doing and if it has been shipped & would keep me up dated.

I sure hope this works out because the price beats anything close. Hope it is a good laptop. I only have experience with Toshiba which have been pretty good.
